torbay council letter (parking meters)

just to keep people informed regarding the Paignton parking meter situation, I got a letter today from Torbay Council saying:

"Thank you for your recent letter with attached online petition on this matter. I will ensure your comments are reported to the next meeting of the Transportation Working Party."
