Stand Up Paddle Surfing

Thinking of having a go at Stand Up Paddle Boarding. It looks like it would really suit the small waves of the bay especially when there's no wind. It's apparantly really easy to get on most waves. Check out 'you tube' vids.

I picked up a Tiga Swift 320 long board from recycle tip £10 . Stripped out the knackered mast track and got a modern mastrack from another recycled board to screw and fibreglass in. Instant longboard summer cruising and paddleboard! Also good for teaching on. I'll post a picture after I given it ago. I'm gonna use a kayak paddle to test it before investing in a proper 7ft single SUP paddle for proper use.
