Inserting Images Into Blogs & Forum Posts
Want to add some images into your blog or forum post? You can with the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.
A Few simple notes before I begin with the tutorial:
1. If you intend on uploading images to Torbay Surfing, you only have 10mb's worth of storage so use this space wisely!
2. Uploaded pics are resized to within 500x500 pixels automatically.
3. Posting of any content that is considered adult or offensive will result in an instant ban from the website.
Lets begin:
1. Create a new Blog post or Forum post, then click on the image button as shown below.
2. If you are inserting an image from another webpage then type the URL (Web Address) of that image in the Image URL box and click insert. If you would like to upload an image from your computer to Torbay Surfing server, then click on the icon shown below.
3. The following box will popup. (if you have a popup blocker make sure you allow the window to come through)
Click on "Browse" and locate your picture, once located, click "Upload File" The pictures will then be shown in the top part of the window simply click "add" to add them to your Blog or Forum post, or "delete" to clear up your picture storage space.
